[Denver
CO September 25, 2012] Acclaimed author and speaker Elizabeth
Welles will be appearing in the Denver / Grand Junction CO area on
September 28, 2012.
She will speak on the topics of journaling, creativity and meditation
at Bonfire Coffee, 433 Main Street in Carbondale, CO at 7 pm. This
event is sponsored by Davi Nikent Center for Human Flourishing and
Bonfire Coffee. Welles is the author of
the ‘Journaling for Well-Being & Peace’, the editor of Women Celebrate: The Gift in Every Moment, and is the creator of the CD, Meditation for Relaxation. As an actress and storyteller, she weaves words, story and soul to create shows that combine comedy, drama and surprise.
"Journaling,"
stated Ms. Welles, "de-clutters your life. It helps you dream on paper
and clears paths to your own true voice. It unveils reservoirs of
creativity that lie inside you. It gives you a safe harbor in which to
heal, and provides you the room where your dreams can unfold.
Meditation is a thoroughly integrated art and science, long in history,
with valuable implications. In a culture of increasing frenetic noise,
meditation is your appointment with peace. These two key practices
contribute to health and well-being, and support you in living a life
of peace and joy."
Other upcoming events include:

fairytale; Mikaela, a woman surviving with her family during World War
II; Growth Opportunities, an attorney defending the true broad and
